Every day, educators improve the lives of their students by sharing the gift of music and performance. WorldStrides Heritage Performance programs supports this mission by providing the most extensive lineup of festival and performance opportunities, and a team of 500 employees who are passionate about inspiring students. The moment a director decides to lead a group on a WorldStrides Heritage Performance program, we assemble a caring team of professionals prepared to organize and plan every detail of the trip experience.
Professional Support: The Best in Event Preparation
From early planning to post-event follow-up, we support our directors. Your first point of contact is a knowledgeable and friendly Event Selection Advisor, who helps you select the ideal performance opportunity and destination for your group. Once a performance location is chosen, a Destination Specialist focuses on all the logistical details of the event experience. This gives the director valuable time to concentrate on their group’s performance. When the group arrives at their event, an Event Director welcomes them and assists the director with any questions regarding the venue, equipment needs, or schedule. During the actual performance, nationally recognized adjudicators and choreographers monitor closely to provide priceless feedback and coaching that helps students to grow and helps the director’s program to flourish.
Strategic Relationships: Ensuring a Quality Experience
WorldStrides Heritage Performance programs has established valuable relationships with the best venues, hotels, restaurants, and transportation companies at each destination. Our longstanding history with the top collegiate bowl games, nationally televised parades, Carnegie Hall, and other prime venues is a testament to our ongoing commitment to excellence. WorldStrides uses these relationships to ensure the highest level of service, provide comprehensive packages, and fulfill participants’ special requests.
All service providers are evaluated by directors at the completion of their programs. Representatives from WorldStrides review survey results and work with the companies to provide feedback and develop specific plans to achieve service excellence.
